The Highway Patrol reports a Winston man sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident four miles north of Cameron Friday morning.
Emergency medical services transported 31-year-old Dustin Florez to the Cameron Regional Medical Center.
The vehicle traveled south on Route EE before it ran off the east side, hit a tree, and struck an embankment coming to rest off the road facing south with moderate damage.
The Patrol reports Florez did not wear a safety device.
