Trenton Building and Nuisance Board to discuss five properties at tonight’s meeting

The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board is set to convene tonight to discuss several properties of concern. The meeting, scheduled for 6 p.m. at Trenton City Hall, will feature a variety of agenda items, including public hearings and discussions under new business.

Five properties are on the agenda for tonight’s meeting. A public hearing will be held for the property located at 608 West Tenth Street. Additionally, properties at 2418 Fisherman Road, 1413 Main Street, and 120 Highland Street are listed under findings of fact. The former J.C. Penney building, located at 18-60 East Ninth Street, is categorized under a certificate of a dangerous building.

During the new business segment of the meeting, other structures not yet identified could be brought to the board’s attention. Newly identified nuisances may also be considered.

The Trenton Building and Nuisance Board meeting is set to begin at 6 p.m. at Trenton City Hall.
