The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Chillicothe woman on a capias warrant on February 17th for failure to appear in court on felony possession of a controlled substance.
Forty-one-year-old Tesse Janell Carman was arrested in Cass County.
Bond was set at $10,000 cash only, and she is scheduled for Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court on February 24th.
Court information indicates her original charge stemmed from June 2021.
