The Trenton Police Department announces a university student from Europe is knocking on doors and selling educational books and apps.
Oskar Bookman Koha has been vetted and obtained a City of Trenton solicitors permit.
The police department reports the student is doing a summer exchange program in the area and the books and apps he is selling are for young toddlers through college prep.
