The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission is set to hold a public hearing this evening to address a request for a minor subdivision. The request, submitted by Lynn Davenport, seeks approval to divide the property located at 1823 East 9th Street into three parcels.
Additionally, the Trenton Board of Adjustments will also convene this evening for a public hearing on a request from Taco Bell, represented by Roderick Signs. The request seeks a 20-foot variance on a 20-foot height requirement for a freestanding sign. If approved, this variance will permit the installation of the sign at 1909 East 9th Street.
Both public hearings are scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. at Trenton City Hall.
