Trenton man faces charges for disturbing peace, trespassing

A Trenton man was arrested on August 21st following an incident. Hayden Griffin, 23, was taken into custody by the Trenton Police Department and faces multiple misdemeanor charges, including violation of an order of protection for an adult, peace disturbance involving a first offense, and first-degree trespass.

Griffin’s bond has been set at $10,000 cash only. Under the bond conditions, he is prohibited from having contact with the alleged victim or victims, and the bond will be supervised by North Missouri Court Services. He is scheduled to appear in the Associate Division of the Grundy County Circuit Court on August 27th.

 Griffin allegedly violated a Grundy County Circuit Court order that barred him from being on the premises where the victim resides, coming within 25 feet of the person, or communicating with the individual. On August 21st, Griffin allegedly initiated contact by banging on the door and windows of the victim’s residence and yelling.

Additionally, Griffin is accused of disturbing and causing alarm to others and unlawfully remaining on the victim’s property despite being warned against trespassing by Trenton officers.
