A 44-year-old Trenton man, Billy Griffin, has been charged in Grundy County with driving while intoxicated,persistent offender.
The charge says Griffin was convicted of driving while intoxicated in Livingston County in 2002 and operating a vessel while intoxicated in Camden County in 2006.
Griffin has posted $10,000cash only bond and is to appear in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court Tuesday, November 8.
