The highway patrol reports a Chillicothe resident was arrested Saturday evening in Livingston County. Thirty-eight-year-old Randy Campbell was accused of driving while intoxicated/drugs, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana. Campbell was released to Hedrick Medical Center.
