The report indicates that 19 individuals were arrested during this period. Some of the reasons for these arrests include driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled substances, and various traffic violations.
Daniel P. Lewis, a 46-year-old male from Metamora, Michigan, was arrested on July 10, 2024, at 7:25 AM in Livingston County. He was charged with DWI: Drugs and a lane violation. He was held at Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
Craig A. Roberts, a 53-year-old male from Maryville, Missouri, was arrested on July 11, 2024, at 11:39 AM in Nodaway County. He faced charges of possession of child pornography (felony), promoting child pornography (felony), and possession of methamphetamines (felony). Roberts was held at Nodaway County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Anthony G. Mitchell, a 48-year-old male from Gary, Indiana, was arrested on July 11, 2024, at 12:01 PM in Harrison County. He was apprehended on a warrant for a non-moving traffic violation (misdemeanor) issued by Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office. Mitchell was held at Harrison County Jail and is bondable.
Cody J. Scopel, a 37-year-old male from Maryville, Missouri, was arrested on July 11, 2024, at 9:23 PM in Nodaway County. He was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving causing a crash, and not wearing a seat belt. Scopel was released to Mosaic Maryville for medical treatment and subsequently released.
Justin K. Stuart, a 24-year-old male from Hale, Missouri, was arrested on July 12, 2024, at 2:27 AM in Livingston County. Stuart was charged with driving while intoxicated (Class D felony) causing serious physical injury and operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner. He was released to Hedrick Medical Center for medical treatment and subsequently released.
Dylan W. Helton, a 28-year-old male from St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on July 12, 2024, at 3:15 PM in Buchanan County. Helton faced charges of a misdemeanor warrant for no financial responsibility (St. Joseph Police Department), driving while revoked, and no insurance. He was held at Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and is bondable.

Tessa Y. Hockaday, a 19-year-old female from Hamilton, Missouri, was arrested on July 14, 2024, at 3:53 AM in Clinton County. She faced a misdemeanor warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia issued by Chillicothe PD. Hockaday was held at Clinton County Sheriff’s Department and is bondable.
Elijah D. Baker, a 20-year-old male from Kirksville, Missouri, was arrested on July 10, 2024, at 2:51 PM in Adair County. Baker was apprehended on an Adair County warrant for no valid operator’s license. He was held at Adair County Jail and is bondable.
