Patrol reports 12 arrests in north Missouri between August 26 and 28, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported several arrests in north Missouri between August 26 and August 28, 2024. The report details a total of 12 individuals arrested for various offenses, including driving while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine, and failure to appear for court warrants.

Arnold R. Flores Sierra, 33, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested on August 26, 2024, at 11:14 a.m. in Buchanan County. He faces multiple charges, including misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (DWI) involving alcohol, misdemeanor no driver’s license, no insurance, and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. Flores Sierra is currently held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center under a 24-hour hold.

Michael B. Raines, 44, of Savannah, Missouri, was taken into custody on August 26, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. in Grundy County. He was arrested on a Buchanan County misdemeanor warrant for exceeding the posted speed limit. Raines is currently held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and is bondable.

Jill D. Cameron, 52, of Bethany, Missouri, was arrested on August 26, 2024, at 11:25 p.m. in Harrison County. She is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (a prior offense), operating a motor vehicle without an operable tail lamp, no seatbelt, and no insurance. Cameron is being held at the Harrison County Jail under a 24-hour hold.

Jason Gonzalez, 23, of Chicago, Illinois, was apprehended on August 27, 2024, at 9:32 a.m. in Atchison County. He faces multiple charges, including a Caldwell County misdemeanor warrant for speeding, speeding, and no valid license. Gonzalez is currently held at the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office and is bondable.

Michael J. Barnhart, 48, of Watson, Missouri, was arrested on August 27, 2024, at 1:27 p.m. in Atchison County. He was taken into custody on an Atchison County felony warrant for non-support. Barnhart is currently held at the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office and is bondable.

Evan M. Fief, 39, of Kansas City, Missouri, was detained on August 27, 2024, at 1:31 p.m. in Clinton County. He was arrested on a Johnson County misdemeanor warrant for harassing communication. Fief is currently held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office with no bond.

Richard M. King, 49, of Bethany, Missouri, was taken into custody on August 27, 2024, at 6:09 p.m. in Harrison County. He faces several charges, including felony possession of methamphetamine, felony driving while revoked, failure to stop at a stop sign, and no insurance. King is being held at the Harrison County Jail under a 24-hour hold.

Mark A. Tunks, 63, of Cameron, Missouri, was arrested on August 27, 2024, at 10:41 p.m. in Gentry County. He is charged with DWI as a persistent offender (felony) and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a motor vehicle crash. Tunks is currently held at the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail under a 24-hour hold.

Nicholas C. Anders, 23, of Sedalia, Missouri, was detained on August 28, 2024, at 2:03 a.m. in Clinton County. He was arrested for DWI as a prior offender (misdemeanor) and was transported by ambulance to Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, where he was released.

Dalton L. Barber, 22, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was taken into custody on August 28, 2024, at 10:44 a.m. in Buchanan County. He faces multiple charges, including felony failure to appear (Buchanan County warrant), resisting/interfering with a felony arrest, resisting arrest by fleeing creating a substantial risk to a felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Barber is currently held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center under a 24-hour hold.

Kacey M. Sollars, 24, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on August 28, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. in Buchanan County. She was detained on a failure-to-appear charge related to shoplifting (St. Joseph Police Department warrant). Sollars is currently held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and is bondable.

David W. Kraxner, 53, of Wathena, Kansas, was apprehended on August 28, 2024, at 12:14 p.m. in Buchanan County. He is charged with driving while suspended/revoked (Buchanan County warrant) and driving while suspended. Kraxner is currently held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and is bondable.

Cherim Fejza, 57, of Macon, Missouri, was arrested on August 26, 2024, at 3:15 p.m. in Scotland County. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding at 96 mph in a 55 mph zone. Fejza was released from the Scotland County Sheriff’s Department.
