The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of two individuals in Livingston County Friday night at the same time on multiple allegations.
Thirty-year-old Zachary Martin of Callao and 35-year-old Elisha Walter of Macon were accused of felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana—methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no seat belt. Martin was also accused of failing to equip a motor vehicle with a rear license plate lamp.
Both were taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
