The Missouri State Highway Patrol recently released a report detailing the number of arrests made in north Missouri between August 19, 2024, and August 21, 2024. The report indicates that a total of 12 individuals were arrested during this time period. Some of the reasons for these arrests include driving while intoxicated, failure to appear in court, and various traffic violations.
Lynell N. Pritchard, 29, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on August 19, 2024, in Buchanan County. He was taken into custody on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear in court regarding child support obligations. Pritchard was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and was bondable.
Ramil L. Ramirez, 41, of Kingston, Missouri, was arrested at noon on August 20, 2024, in Caldwell County. Ramirez was taken into custody on a misdemeanor Caldwell County warrant for a moving traffic violation. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center and was bondable.
Alexey L. Dolmatov, 37, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. on August 20, 2024, in DeKalb County. Dolmatov was charged with careless and imprudent driving as well as misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. He was held at the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
Samantha J. Ramirez, 32, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on August 21, 2024, in Buchanan County. Ramirez was taken into custody on a misdemeanor warrant for no financial responsibility issued by the St. Joseph Police Department. She was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and was bondable.
Steven R. Fanning, 37, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on August 21, 2024, in Buchanan County. Fanning was taken into custody on multiple charges, including a misdemeanor warrant for driving while revoked or suspended from the St. Joseph Police Department, a misdemeanor warrant for speeding from Buchanan County, and driving while suspended. He was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and was bondable.
Matthew G. Clark, 39, of Gorin, Missouri, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on August 19, 2024, in Clark County. Clark was taken into custody on a felony Clark County warrant for driving without a driver’s license. He was held at the Clark County Jail and later released.
Matthew R. Boeding, 28, of Moberly, Missouri, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. on August 19, 2024, in Randolph County. Boeding was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was held at the Randolph County Jail and later released.
Sean H. Hargraves, 26, of Wyaconda, Missouri, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on August 20, 2024, in Scotland County. Hargraves was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving involving a crash. He was held at the Scotland County Sheriff’s Department and was later released.
Abraham A. Arzola, 24, of Milan, Missouri, was arrested at 7:18 a.m. on August 21, 2024, in Adair County. Arzola was charged with driving while suspended and not wearing a seat belt. He was released from custody without further incident.
Micah N. Cunningham, 35, of Kirksville, Missouri, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on August 21, 2024, in Putnam County. Cunningham was taken into custody on multiple charges, including a felony Schuyler County warrant for resisting arrest, driving while revoked, and an ignition interlock violation. He was held at the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office and was bondable.
Andrea D. White, 38, of Macon, Missouri, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. on August 21, 2024, in Macon County. White was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a person under 17 years of age, careless and imprudent driving involving a crash, failure to secure a child under 16 years old, and not wearing a seat belt. She was held at the Macon County Sheriff’s Department on a 24-hour hold.
Christopher L. Stover, 48, of Marshall, Missouri, was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on August 21, 2024, in Pettis County. Stover was taken into custody on a felony Pettis County warrant. He was held at the Pettis County Jail and was bondable.
