The Missouri State Highway Patrol recently reported a series of arrests made in north Missouri between August 22 and August 25, 2024. A total of ten individuals were arrested during this period for various offenses, including drug possession, driving under the influence, and other traffic violations.
Nicolas Rosa Jr., 23, of Leavenworth, Kansas
On August 22, 2024, at 9:04 a.m., Nicolas Rosa Jr. was arrested in Andrew County. He was taken into custody on two misdemeanor warrants from Platte County Sheriff’s Office: one for synthetic narcotics and the other for speeding. Rosa Jr. was held at the Andrew County Sheriff’s Office and was eligible for bond.
Dennis A. Robertson, 32, of Brimson, Missouri
At 6:07 p.m. on August 23, 2024, Dennis A. Robertson was arrested in Harrison County. The charges against him include felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, exceeding the posted speed limit, and a miscellaneous Federal Motor Carrier Code violation. Robertson was held at the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.
Kamren M. Holbert, 46, of St. Louis, Missouri
Kamren M. Holbert was arrested on August 23, 2024, at 6:50 p.m. in Buchanan County. His charges include a misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated (DWI), exceeding the posted speed limit by 20-25 mph, and failure to drive in the right lane on a highway. He was detained at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center for a 24-hour hold.
Jaidrian J. Kasey, 20, of Meadville, Missouri
On August 24, 2024, at 11:29 p.m., Jaidrian J. Kasey was arrested in Livingston County. He was charged with DWI (drugs), misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Kasey was released from the Chillicothe Police Department following his arrest.
Katelyn R. Kramer, 25, of Conception Junction, Missouri
At 2:50 a.m. on August 25, 2024, Katelyn R. Kramer was arrested in Nodaway County. She was charged with a misdemeanor DWI (first offense) and an equipment violation. Kramer was held at the Nodaway County Sheriff’s Office for a 12-hour hold.
Timothy A. Johnson, 44, of Dallas City, Illinois
Timothy A. Johnson was arrested on August 25, 2024, at 7:25 a.m. in Livingston County. He was taken into custody on a misdemeanor warrant from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office for harassment. Johnson was held at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and was eligible for bond.
Chelsey J. Guyer, 21, of Fillmore, Missouri
On August 25, 2024, at 7:31 a.m., Chelsey J. Guyer was arrested in Holt County. Her charges include involuntary manslaughter in the first degree, assault in the second degree, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident, failure to register a motor vehicle, and not wearing a seat belt. Guyer was released from Truman Medical Center following her arrest.
Nathan R. Clark, 48, of Green City, Missouri
At 10:32 a.m. on August 23, 2024, Nathan R. Clark was arrested in Sullivan County on a Grundy County warrant for driving while intoxicated. He was held at the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office and was eligible for bond.
Kourtney D. Redmon, 35, of Kirksville, Missouri
Kourtney D. Redmon was arrested on August 24, 2024, at 1:20 a.m. in Adair County. Her charges include a felony for driving while revoked and failure to display two lighted headlamps. Redmon was released from the Adair County Sheriff’s Department following her arrest.
Richard A. Truitt, 42, of Milan, Missouri
On August 25, 2024, at 6:24 p.m., Richard A. Truitt was arrested in Sullivan County for driving while intoxicated. He was released after his arrest.
