The North Central Missouri Fair will be held in Trenton July 28 through August 5 this year.
TNT Ranch and Rodeo Company will hold a children’s rodeo at the grandstand the night of July 28 at 7 o’clock, a rodeo the night of July 29 at 7 o’clock and a tractor pull will be held the afternoon of July 30 at 1 o’clock.
Activities for August 1 include a barbecue chicken cook-off contest in the courtyard at 9 o’clock in the morning, a parade at 5:30 in the evening, an FFA whole hog roast at the livestock pavilion at 6 o’clock, and the Sixth Annual Queen Coronation in the courtyard at 7 o’clock.
August 2, there will be a pee wee swine show, swine show, and barrow show in the livestock pavilion at 9 o’clock in the morning as well as a super teen contest at the grandstand at 7 o’clock.
August 3 activities include a rabbit and poultry show at 9 o’clock in the morning, a dairy show at the livestock pavilion at 1 o’clock in the afternoon, and a Tuff Truck Competition at the grandstand at 7 o’clock.
For August 4, ladies lead, pee wee, breeding sheep show, and market lamb will be in the livestock pavilion at 9 o’clock in the morning with a pee wee goat show and goat show to follow as well as ATV dirt bike motocross races at the grandstand at 7 o’clock.
Events on August 5 include the FFA Cookshack open for breakfast from 8 to 10 o’clock in the morning, a horse show at the North Missouri Saddle Club as well as a beef bucket calf show, beef breeding show, and steer show in the livestock pavilion at 9 o’clock, the Sixth Annual FFA Baby Show in the courtyard at 9:30, premium sale in the livestock pavilion at 5 o’clock in the evening, and a demolition derby at the grandstand at 7 o’clock.
The FFA Cookshack will be open daily August 1 through 5 from 10 o’clock in the morning to 10 o’clock at night and there will also be a carnival nightly throughout the run of the North Central Missouri Fair.
