Norman R. Borders, Jr., 70, a resident of Trenton, Missouri died at 11:48 A.M., Sunday, July 7, 2024, at his residence.
His body was cremated under the direction of Slater-Neal Funeral Home, Trenton, Missouri. No services are planned at this time.
Mr. Borders was born on November 21, 1953, the son of Norman Ralph and Sylvia Bradley Borders, Sr. He had been a self-employed locksmith and minster.
He was married to Kathryn A. Murray in Jonesboro, Georgia. She preceded him in death on December 5, 2019.
His survivors include two sons Anthony Borders, Trenton, Missouri, Norman R. Borders, III, El Paso, Texas; five daughters Victoria Price, of the state of Penn., Donita Warren, League City, Texas, Ronita, League City, Texas, Brandy Parks, Crescent, Oklahoma, Lori Rich, Mineral Wells, Texas; two sisters Cynthia Calivere, Farmington, Missouri, Edith Parish, Ruther Glen Virginia; one brother Joshua Borders, Trenton, Missouri; forty-two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and two brothers Robert Borders and Phillip Borders.
