The report indicates that a total of 22 individuals were arrested during this period. Some of the reasons for these arrests include driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled substances, and outstanding warrants.
Andreti G. Brant, a 23-year-old male from Cameron, Missouri, was arrested on July 1, 2024, at 2:26 a.m. in Clinton County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Brant is currently held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office on a 24-hour hold.
Brieanna N. Billings, a 19-year-old male from St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on July 2, 2024, at 8:14 p.m. in Buchanan County. He faces charges for a Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office misdemeanor warrant for speeding and a seat belt violation. Billings is being held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and is bondable.
Shawn P. Ashford, a 50-year-old male from St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on July 3, 2024, at 7:56 a.m. in Buchanan County. Kenneth V. Mosby, a 62-year-old male from Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested on July 3, 2024, at 3:38 p.m. in Clinton County. He was charged with a misdemeanor conservation warrant from Johnson County. Mosby is being held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department and is bondable.
Danielle N. Heastan, a 37-year-old female from St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested on July 3, 2024, at 9:04 p.m. in Buchanan County. She faces charges for felony possession of amphetamine, felony possession of fentanyl, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and excessive vision-reducing material. Zachary J. Holm, a 37-year-old male from Wilmington, Illinois, was arrested on July 2, 2024, at 3:23 p.m. in Shelby County. He was charged with DWI (1st offense) and is being held at the Shelby County Jail but has since been released.
