Between March 21 and March 24, 2024, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported seventeen arrests across north Missouri. The arrests were made for various offenses, including DWI, outstanding warrants, and having no driver’s license.
Zachariah L. Mullins, a 33-year-old male from Gallatin, MO, faced multiple misdemeanor charges from Grundy County. These included failure to register a motor vehicle, driving without insurance, and driving while suspended/revoked. Mullins was held at the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center and his release was bondable.
Travis J. Mitchell, a 29-year-old male from Saint Joseph, MO, was arrested for driving while intoxicated with persons under 17 in the vehicle and for careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. Mitchell was detained at the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail under a 12-hour hold.
In the early hours, Wyatt E. Starmer, a 25-year-old male from Martinsville, MO, was taken into custody for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and exceeding the posted speed limit (78 mph in a 55 mph zone) in Harrison County. Starmer was placed under a 12-hour hold at the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center.
Jacob L. Collins, 33, from Gallatin, MO, found himself facing several charges including misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, a Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department misdemeanor warrant for failing to register a motor vehicle, driving while suspended, and failing to maintain lanes. Collins was held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department and his release was bondable.
Valerie E. Lindsey-Severt, a 34-year-old female from St Joseph, MO, was arrested for failing to display registration, operating without a valid license, and misdemeanor DWI – drug. She was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center under a 24-hour hold.
Noah D. St John, a 23-year-old male from Indianola, IA, faced a Harrison County misdemeanor warrant for cutting in on an overtaking vehicle. St John was bondable and held at the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.
Crystal J. May, a 30-year-old female from Ewing, MO, was arrested for having no valid operator’s license and not wearing a seatbelt. She was released from the Lewis County Jail.
Rileigh M. McLain, 19, from Kirksville, MO, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident. McLain was processed and released by the Moberly Police Department.
Christina R. Kelley, a 39-year-old female from Quincy, IL, faced charges for her first DWI offense and was released from the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department.
Christopher E. Murrell, a 27-year-old male from Bloomfield, IA, was arrested for DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was released from the Adair County Sheriff’s Department.
Deron S. Livingston, a 47-year-old male from Atlanta, MO, was arrested for felony leaving the scene of an accident and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash. Livingston was released.
Jorge Chaluisa, a 40-year-old male from Kansas City, MO, faced charges for speeding, having no valid license, and no insurance. He was released from the Brookfield Police Department.
Kenny W. Shaw, a 24-year-old male from Greentop, MO, had a felony warrant for larceny and was bondable from the Adair County Sheriff’s Office.
Seth F. Rodriguez, a 35-year-old male from Queen City, MO, was processed roadside for felony no driver’s license, no insurance, and failure to display valid plates, then released.
Marc Simbi Nkuazosala, 38, from Kirksville, MO, was arrested for felony DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was released from the Adair County Sheriff’s Department.
Chase A. Melton, a 25-year-old male from Mexico, MO, was arrested for driving while intoxicated – drugs and held under a 12-hour hold at the Randolph County Jail.
Pascual Aguilar Reyes, a 29-year-old male from Milan, MO, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, DWI-alcohol, operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner causing an accident, and having no valid license. He was released from the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department.
