The Laredo R-7 Board of Education approved the 2022-2023 school audit on December 11.
QNS was approved to provide technology services at a rate of $500 per month.
The Board also approved a revised contract for music services.
Kylie Doss has been hired to manage the concession stand for elementary school ball games.
Plans were finalized to purchase new cheerleading uniforms for the junior high team.
As of the meeting, Laredo R-7 had not yet received the insurance renewal for the Missouri United School Insurance Council umbrella policy.
A Budget Report for the school district was approved.
The Board announced that the candidate filing period for the April 2 Municipal Election will continue until December 26 at 4 p.m. The school office will close on December 15 at 1 p.m. and will reopen on January 3 at 8 a.m. The office will also close for inclement weather. It will be open on December 26 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
The terms of Matt Foster and Morgan Duff are up for reelection. These are three-year terms.
The Board concluded the meeting by entering into an executive session to discuss legal matters, personnel, student information, personnel records, and confidential records.
