The Jamesport Junior Livestock Show is set to begin next week, taking place at the Jamesport City Park from July 25th through 27th. The event promises a variety of activities and competitions for participants and attendees.
The festivities will kick off on Thursday morning with goat, sheep, poultry, and rabbit shows. On Friday, the Swine Show will start at 9 a.m., followed by the Jamesport FFA labor auction at 6 p.m. The Brushy Squirrels 4-H ice cream social will cap off the day at 7 p.m.
Saturday’s events will include the Mental Health Matters 5K at 7:30 a.m., the Baby Show at 10 a.m., and the parade at 1 p.m. The day will continue with the FFA barbecue at 4:30 p.m., leading into the Beef Show at 5:30 p.m.
