Grundy Electric Cooperative will hold its Annual Meeting of the Membership on Thursday, August 1, at North Mercer R-III School in Mercer, Missouri. The event will start with dinner and registration at 4:30 pm, accompanied by musical entertainment from Jeremiah Hamilton and Makayla Mejia.
Registered members will receive a gift upon registration. The business meeting will begin at 6:30 pm, featuring reports on the cooperative, the election of directors, and a vote on a proposed bylaw amendment. Additionally, there will be a drawing for six $200 electric bill credits.
All Grundy Electric Cooperative member-owners are encouraged to attend this event.
