The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of a Laredo man on a capias warrant for a probation violation. Zachery Randall Wilmes, 23, was originally charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
Online court records indicate that the warrant was served on April 3. Wilmes was already in custody at the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center.
His bond has been set at $25,000 cash only, and he is scheduled to appear in Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court on April 11.
Court documents allege that Wilmes was found in possession of methamphetamine in June.
