Grundy County Democrats convened on August 20 to elect officers who will serve on the committee for the next two years. The meeting resulted in the selection of Marie Dolan as Chair, Dan Dennis as Vice-Chair, Cindy Guthrie as Secretary, and Glen Briggs as Treasurer.
During the meeting, plans were made to participate in the Missouri Days Parade and to set up a booth at the fairgrounds. The committee has also ordered yard signs for the Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. Additional signs for other candidates will be available soon.
