The 2024 Annual Meeting of the stockholders of Grand River Mutual Telephone Corporation, doing business as GRM Networks, took place on August 21, 2024, at 10 a.m. The meeting was hosted at the GRM Networks corporate office in Princeton, Missouri.
Three directors whose terms were set to expire were John McCloud of Spickard, Missouri; Allan Mulnix of Bethany, Missouri; and Kyle Kelso of Garden Grove, Iowa. Each director was successfully re-elected to serve a three-year term.
A total of thirty-seven people attended the Annual Meeting in person, while 1,719 were represented by proxy. During the meeting, stockholders approved proposed changes to the corporation’s bylaws.
Following the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors convened a regular meeting to elect officers. The elected officers are as follows:
- President: Gregg Davis of Chula, Missouri
- Vice President: Mark Yungeberg of Princeton, Missouri
- Secretary: Bruce George of Allerton, Iowa
- Assistant Secretary: Ray Meyer of Conception Junction, Missouri
- Treasurer: John McCloud of Spickard, Missouri
- Assistant Treasurer: Allan Mulnix of Bethany, Missouri
