The annual meeting of shareholders of the common stock of the Grand River Mutual Telephone Corporation will be later this month. The meeting will be at the GRM Networks corporate office in Princeton on August 21 at 10 a.m.
The agenda will include reports from officers, directors, and committees; the election of three directors, each for a three-year term; and voting on proposed bylaw amendments involving membership and meetings of members.
A quorum of 10% of the membership must be present or represented by proxy.
There will be proxy drawing prizes, including two 50-inch Toshiba 4K Smart Fire TVs, two seven-inch Amazon Fire tablets, two 10.1-inch Nixplay Touch Screen Digital Picture Frames, and 20 $25 GRM Networks bill credits. Everyone who mails in a completed proxy card will be entered to win.
There are no additional door prizes for those who choose to attend the GRM annual meeting on August 21.
