A Green City resident, Nathan Clark, was arrested in Sullivan County on a Grundy County warrant for an alleged probation violation. Clark, 48, had previously pleaded guilty in September 2022 to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated. He was fined and placed on a two-year probation period.
Court records indicate that Clark was scheduled for a hearing in the associate division of the circuit court at Trenton on August 13. However, online docket information reveals that Clark failed to appear for the hearing.
Following his arrest, Clark’s bond was set at $7,500 cash. He is scheduled to appear in the circuit court associate division on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.
