Organizers have scheduled the setup to commence at 2 p.m., with participants in the pumpkin carving contest required to drop off their entries between 2 and 3 p.m. The contest is one of the highlights of the event, often drawing creative designs and fierce competition.
Starting at 3 p.m., attendees can indulge in various classic treats available for purchase, including ice cream, cotton candy, and popcorn. Concurrently, several Halloween-themed games and a trunk or treat event will kick off, providing entertainment and spooky delights for the younger crowd.
Also beginning at 3 p.m. is the registration for the much-anticipated costume contest. Participants are encouraged to showcase their most creative and spooky Halloween costumes. The contest itself is scheduled to start at 5 p.m.
