A fatal crash occurred on Route U, four miles south of Doniphan, Missouri, on August 17, 2024. The accident occurred at approximately 5:20 p.m. and involved a 2001 Toyota Camry driven by 35-year-old Joseph L. St. Cin of Doniphan, Missouri.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Toyota Camry was traveling southbound when it ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned. The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle.
Joseph L. St. Cin was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased by Dr. Strane at 6:36 p.m. The vehicle was totaled and later removed from the scene by JR’s Towing.
This marks the 41st fatality for Troop E in 2024.
