The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Chillicothe man on Friday on a technical probation violation on an original charge of first-degree property damage.
Thirty-eight-year-old Shawn Wells allegedly violated his probation by residency by being kicked out of the Community Resource Center for drug use, association with Tia Pittman, and drugs by admitting to using meth and marijuana.
Bond is $2,500 or 10%, and he is scheduled for Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court March 12th.
