The Chillicothe City Council is set to review four ordinances during its next session. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Chillicothe City Hall on April 8 at 5:30 p.m.
Proposed changes include an amendment to the 2023-2024 budget and modifications to purchase order requirements. Additionally, rezoning requests for 147 Brunswick Street, transitioning from light or limited industrial to mixed-use, and for 901 Bryan Street, changing from light-density residential to general commercial, will be considered.
The agenda also features a presentation on the police facility’s needs assessment, an introduction to the Chillicothe mission, and a debate on the precise definitions, limitations, and clarity of animal ordinances.
Furthermore, a closed session is planned to discuss matters related to city employees.
