A Browning man has been charged in Linn County with the felonies of first-degree assault or attempt and armed criminal action.
Fifty-nine-year-old Wendell Dean Havens charges stem from April 6th.
Havens entered a plea of not guilty on April 13th. The case is set for bond review on April 19th.
