It’s a brief agenda for the Monday night meeting of the Chillicothe City Council on August 12.
An ordinance will be presented by City Administrator Roze Frampton regarding a bid for work on the stormwater project for the Hutchinson addition. A notice presented for a prior public hearing this spring states that the location of the stormwater improvements will generally be along Ridgecrest Drive, Meadowlane Drive, and Oaklawn Drive. The project includes work on private lots along the route.
A public hearing is scheduled on the property tax levy for the city of Chillicothe. Following the hearing, the council will consider an ordinance to set the property tax levy for the general and park funds.
The Chillicothe agenda also includes the 2023-24 city audit and the Mayor’s appointment to the Chillicothe Housing Board.
The meeting on Monday night begins at 5:30 p.m. at Chillicothe City Hall.
