A brain fitness class will be held at the Grand River Multipurpose Center in Chillicothe starting next month.
The eight-session class will be held Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 to 2:30 from November 1st through December 20. The class will use a whole-person approach to help participants form new habits to live a healthier lifestyle, remember things better, be more organized, pay closer attention, and regulate emotions.
Each participant will receive a workbook, which includes memory exercises, tips on nutrition and exercise, and summaries of evidence-based brain health research.
Registration costs are $25 with the class being limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
