The Pettis County Clerk says he is baffled that 1200 election ballots are missing after he and his team put them in the mail in person September 21.
Pettis County Clerk Nick La Strada says it’s up to the United States Post Office to find them.
La Strada says they are letting people vote in person, and have sent out ANOTHER batch.
