Arkansas man arrested in Harrison County for felony meth possession

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the arrest of Frederick Ellis, a 70-year-old man from Bella Vista, Arkansas, on Monday evening in Harrison County. The arrest occurred at approximately 6:40 p.m.

Ellis was taken into custody and placed on a 24-hour hold at the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center in Bethany, Missouri. According to the highway patrol, Ellis faces charges of felony possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
