Attorney Drew Davis of Cameron confirms a man from the Chillicothe area has been found not guilty of sodomy—second degree.
A two-day jury trial for James Edward Gates was held in Livingston County Monday, September 21st and Tuesday, September 22nd.
Gates was charged last year and accused of assaulting a private employee. He was a Chillicothe Township employee.
