49-year-old Maywood man injured in Lewis County crash

A single-vehicle crash occurred on Maple Avenue, three miles south of Durham, at approximately 8:15 p.m. on July 17, 2024. The incident involved a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Brandon N. Geiser, 49, of Maywood, Missouri.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the vehicle was traveling southbound when it ran off the left side of the roadway and impacted the ground. The Chevrolet Silverado sustained total damage and was towed from the scene by Robert’s Garage.

Brandon N. Geiser, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, suffered serious injuries. He was transported by Lewis County Ambulance to Blessing Hospital for medical treatment.

The Lewis County Sheriff’s Department and Lewis County R4 Fire Department assisted at the scene of the accident.
