North Central Missouri College has scheduled its Board of Trustees meeting for April 23, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Board of Trustees Meeting Room at the Frey Administrative Center.
The agenda includes a variety of items:
- Call to Order/Approval of Agenda
- Administration of Oaths of Office
- Reorganization of the Board
- Approval of the Minutes
- Approval of the Financial Reports and Bills
- Communications and Reports, including updates from TRIO, Head Start Directors, the Vice Presidents of Academic and Student Affairs, and the President.
- New Business, such as considerations of bids/purchases, surplus property, a foundation meeting request, the 2025-2027 academic calendar, and personnel items.
- Executive Session under Missouri Statutes to discuss matters related to hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting particular employees, as well as legal actions and real estate transactions.
