Two Chillicothe residents were hurt when a sport utility vehicle traveled off Highway 36 east of Wheeling and hit a grove of trees, after the driver suffered from a medical condition. The Highway Patrol said that driver, 39-year old Laura White of Chillicothe, received MODERATE injuries.

Construction to replace the railroad bridge on Livingston County Route V in Chillicothe will begin in mid-May. The contracted completion date is November 1st. However, the Missouri Department of Transportation says the project could be completed earlier, weather permitting.
The city of Milan has issued a precautionary boil advisory for drinking and cooking water. The boil order is for the ENTIRE CITY of Milan, until Friday afternoon at 1:45. It was attributed to a broken main that feeds the water tower in Milan.
The Highway Patrol reports a Trenton man, Derald Whitney, suffered an apparent medical emergency while driving on early Wednesday evening. His pickup traveled off Highway 65 just north of Trenton. The 71-year old Whitney was pronounced dead a short time later at Wright Memorial Hospital.
Two Bucklin residents were hurt when, according to the Highway Patrol, the sport utility vehicle they were in hit two other vehicles on Interstate 35 south of Cameron.
Identification has been made regarding the body of a white female that was discovered on Friday near the lake at Wallace State Park near Cameron. The Highway Patrol identified the deceased woman as 53-year old Janette Riffle-Hartley of Cameron. Authorities are awaiting autopsy results to help determine the cause of death. The Missouri State Patrol is working with the Clinton County Sheriff's Department on the death investigation.
