Three people were hurt when a car traveled into the path of another vehicle in Carrollton late Saturday afternoon. One of the drivers, 30-year old Albert Fike of Centerview, was taken by private vehicle to Carroll County Memorial Hospital, with what the Highway Patrol called MODERATE injuries.

A 37 year old man has been charged in Livingston County with second degree assault and possession of controlled substances following incidents at an area cemetery. Donald Walker is being held in custody on $50,000 cash bond. The Livingston County Sheriff's Department said other charges may be pending.
