In recent proceedings within the Associate Division of the Grundy County Circuit Court:

Judge Carrie Lamm Clark revoked probation for Ashley Nichole Wilson from Trenton and mandated a 60-day incarceration at the Grundy County Jail. Wilson was credited with four days already served. Originally charged with misdemeanor violation of an order of protection for an adult, the cash bond will now be allocated to cover North Missouri Court Services, her incarceration expenses, and the pre-payment of her board at a rate of $60 per day.

In another case, Trenton resident Josette Michelle Hall admitted guilt to a misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree, effective March 7. Following a plea agreement, her sentence was suspended, and Hall was assigned to two years of supervised probation. She is obligated to pay court costs and contribute $100 to the law enforcement restitution fund, to be deducted from a previously posted cash bond.

Amber Nycole Leeper of Princeton entered a plea of not guilty to charges of driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender and unlawful possession of a firearm. Leeper was apprehended last Friday on Pleasant Plain in north Trenton. The court has scheduled a continuation of these cases with a hearing set for May 14. Her bond remains fixed at $50,000 cash.
